Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers in the greater Atlanta, GA area. The role requires electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and overnight travel.

You will install, service, and maintain instrumentation, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate resolutions within the Field Support Group. A 3-year track record in the field is preferred and eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsabilités

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Provides basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation
