A strong customer‑facing focus and problem‑solving mindset are essential. The position requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, plus hands‑on electronics knowledge, PLCs, and data networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronic Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical or related field or 10+ years hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of electronics, electro‑mechanical devices (Mechatronics), PLCs, and pneumatics.
• Intermediate knowledge of information systems networking and software upgrade processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Drive field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Lead customer communications with clear work plans and follow-ups.
• Travel for scheduled and unscheduled visits, including overnight stays.
