Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. seeks a traveling Field Service Engineer to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial refrigeration systems at customer facilities.

This role focuses on hands-on service rather than desk‑based engineering, with training provided to build practical expertise in industrial refrigeration. The position requires a degree or schooling in HVAC/R or electrical fields, 2+ years of experience, EPA/RETA certifications, and willingness to travel.

Qualificações

• HVAC/R or electrical schooling preferred.
• 2+ years of field service experience.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Repair and maintenance support for industrial refrigeration equipment in food and beverage and refrigerated storage.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon equipment.
• Inspect electrical and control systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety policies and site requirements.
