Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Field Service Representative for the Lenexas, KS market, serving Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri. The role installs, tests, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical switchgear at customer sites such as factories, data centers, power plants, utilities, hospitals, and industrial facilities.

Expect a 40-hour base week with a company car; a current, unrestricted driver’s license is required, and a motor vehicle record check will occur on hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years electrical/mechanical experience, or trade school with 5+ years in electrical distribution or control systems
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must reside within 50 miles of Lenexa, KS (no relocation offered)
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical equipment
• Deliver technical solutions to customers
• Perform complex engineering assignments including equipment design and testing
• Display proficiency in test equipment operation and fault diagnosis
• Generate service reports on work and warranties
