Job summary

Videojet, a Veralto company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment for customers in the Greater Dallas, TX area. This home-based role requires regional travel with occasional overnight stays and a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will build strong relationships as a trusted technical advisor, promote service agreements, and support ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Basic computer and technical proficiency (email, mobile apps, MS Word).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel to support customers across the Dallas area with daytime hours.

Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the Field Service Technicianis responsible forproviding front‑line technical service and support to customers while delivering a consistentlyhigh levelof customer satisfaction. This is a home‑based role supporting customers throughout theGreaterDallas, TX area with regional travel.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Install,maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities
• Travel throughout the greater Dallas territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work completed during the day and limited overnight travel
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software‑related issues and deliver effective,timelysolutions
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and problem solver
• Support business growth byidentifyingopportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology solutions

Travel is primarily regional within the Dallas area and isplanned in advanceto allow flexibility in managing schedules, routes, and customer visits. Overnight travel is occasional and not routine.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel
• Up to two years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience
• Basic computer and technicalproficiency(email, mobile applications, Microsoft Word)
• Ability tocomply withcustomer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 USD per hour.This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
