We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks.### **Major Responsibilities*** Deliver expert service and maintenance for advanced Varian systems, following technical documentation and comprehensive training programs.* Act as a trusted partner to customers, proactively identifying opportunities to reduce equipment downtime and optimize system performance.* Build strong, long‐term customer relationships through clear, empathetic, and professional communication—both on site and remotely.* Provide first‐line phone and remote technical support to customers and Field Engineers when required.* Independently plan and manage your schedule, balancing preventive maintenance, installations, upgrades, and urgent service requests while effectively prioritizing customer needs through to resolution.* Accurately document all service activities in company systems, including technical issues, corrective actions, and parts used.* Participate in an initial structured training phase, including attendance at technical courses in dedicated training facilities, and continuously update your expertise through technical publications and procedures related to Varian equipment.* Uphold the highest standards of professional knowledge, quality, and safety in full alignment with company guidelines.### **Qualifications & Experience*** Degree from a Technical Institute or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).* 1–2 years of relevant experience in servicing complex technical or medical equipment (preferred).* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with confident use of testing and diagnostic equipment.* Solid knowledge of IT hardware and basic network troubleshooting.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer‐oriented mindset.* Fluency in English.* Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts.#LI-OS1**Who we are**: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
