Job summary

AAA Facility Services is seeking a dependable Field Service Construction Worker for the Chatsworth area. This full-time role covers a range of commercial maintenance tasks across sites and allows work across carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing and doors.

You will respond to service calls and emergencies, complete multi-day projects with attention to detail, and may participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Commercial Service and 5 years in drywall, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry/framing.
• Full-time role with 30-40 hours per week.
• Ability to work across multiple trades in a commercial setting.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Technically savvy with work order systems via cellphone.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites.
• Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders.
