Job summary

EOSOL Group is seeking a Field Service & Commissioning Engineer with MV electrical systems experience to support commissioning, testing, maintenance, and technical service of MV switchgear, protection, and control systems.

The role interfaces with customers and engineering teams to ensure successful commissioning, troubleshooting, and long-term performance of MV equipment. Advanced English and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and start-up of MV switchgear and distribution equipment.
• Execute FAT, SAT, functional testing, and commissioning activities.
• Configure and test protection relays and control systems.
• Configure industrial communication systems and network devices.
• Coordinate on-site equipment installation and energization activities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MV electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Support troubleshooting of protection and control systems.
• Deliver technical training to customers during commissioning and handover.
• Prepare commissioning reports and technical records.
• Act as primary technical liaison between customers and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and procedures.

Position Overview

The selected candidate will serve as the technical interface between customers and engineering teams, ensuring the successful commissioning, troubleshooting, and long-term performance of medium-voltage electrical equipment while delivering exceptional customer support.

This position requires advanced English and TN Visa or valid U.S. work authorization, as the role involves direct interaction with U.S.-based clients and international engineering teams.
