Job summary

Clean Harbors in Cloquet, MN is seeking a CDL Equipment Operator / Truck Driver to operate light and heavy-duty trucks at customer sites and assist field laborers as needed. This traveling role starts in the region with two-week academy training out of state; expenses are paid by the company.

Starting pay is $24-$28 per hour with comprehensive health benefits after 30 days, 401K with company match, and employee stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.
• Must be able to perform physical functions as required.
• Background check, drug test, and medical/physical requirements as applicable by position.
• Must meet Respiratory Protection standards per OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers when needed.
• Operate a variety of Class B trucks and load/unload cargo.
• Maintain daily logs and reports; ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at time of service.
• Observe DOT, state/provincial, and federal regulations and company guidelines.
• Be available for on-call emergency response on a rotating basis.
