Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Driver / Field Service Associate based in Greensboro, NC. You will maintain, clean, and deliver Arjo medical equipment rented to local hospitals and nursing homes, driving locally in company vehicles from the Greensboro service center.

This full‑time role requires lifting up to 30 pounds, cleaning in a non‑climate controlled warehouse, and delivering top‑notch customer service while ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• At least 2 years in service or operations field.
• At least 2 years front‑line customer‑service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to drive work truck.
• Experience with solvents and cleaners in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery.
• Load and unload medical equipment.
• Drive 26-foot box truck to make deliveries and pick‑ups.
• Process delivery and pick‑up documentation as required.
• Maintain vehicle appearance by ensuring routine maintenance and records.
• Clean and disinfect medical equipment to Arjo quality standards.
• Present highest level of customer etiquette in all interactions.

Driver / Field Service Associate

Responsible for maintenance, cleaning, delivery and pick‑up of Arjo medical equipment used on a rental basis by local hospitals and nursing homes. Position based in Greensboro, NC service center involving local driving using company vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Cash – $20-21/hr base plus OT and variable compensation.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery

Schedule

Full‑time shift: Monday–Friday, 8 pm–4:30 pm, plus weekends as needed.
