Job summary

Arjo in El Paso is seeking a Driver / Field Service Associate. The role involves preparing medical equipment for delivery, loading and unloading, and driving a 26-foot box truck to facilities in the El Paso Metro area.

The work is Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a focus on safe, courteous customer service. You must have a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and 2 years of service/operations and customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MUST HAVE clean driving record (no moving violations in the last 3 years).
• Two (2) years’ experience within service or operations field.
• Two(2) years’ experience in front-line customer-service.
• Lifting up to 30 pounds; pushing and pulling objects up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to drive work truck
• Ability to work with solvents and cleaners to disinfect products in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload medical equipment.
• Drive 26 foot box truck to make deliveries and pick-ups.
• Process delivery and pick-up documentation as required.
• Maintain vehicle appearance by ensuring all routine vehicle maintenance is completed and records maintained.

• Present highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions.

Driver / Field Service Associate

The position is based in our El Paso service center but will involve local driving to and from El Paso Metro Area medical facilities using company vehicles.

Shift/Schedule

Tuesday-Saturday, 2pm-10:30pm
