Job summary

Arjo Inc in Arlington, TX is hiring a Driver / Field Service Associate to maintain, clean, deliver and pick up Arjo medical equipment used by hospitals and nursing homes. The role is based in our Arlington service center with local driving in the DFW area using company vehicles.

Full-time 2nd shift: Tue-Sat 3pm-11:30pm or Fri-Mon 3pm-12:30am. Duties include equipment prep, loading/unloading, documentation, and ensuring safety and customer etiquette.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in service or operations.
• Two years' experience in front-line customer-service.
• Clean driving record (no moving violations in the last 3 years).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to drive a work truck and handle disinfectants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery.
• Load and unload medical equipment.
• Drive 26 foot box truck to make deliveries and pick-ups.
• Process delivery and pick-up documentation as required.
• Maintain vehicle appearance and complete routine maintenance records.
• Disinfect medical equipment to Arjo quality standards.
• Present highest level of customer etiquette in all interactions.
