Qualifications

• Entry-level; prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams.
• Interact primarily with customers as the main contact.
• Assist in training and development while apprenticing under senior technicians.
