Field Security Supervisor – West Palm Beach / Fort Pierce, FL

Compensation: $20 per hour

Location: West Palm Beach, FL and Fort Pierce, FL

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Must have a D license and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of security experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Must be able to speak English for safety reasons
• A pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
• Must meet physical requirements including walking, patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR

Job Duties

• Patrol buildings, facilities, or work sites
• Investigate and report hazards or suspicious circumstances
• Secure doors and windows
• Enforce rules and regulations
• Respond to alarms
