Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Security Field Inspector to oversee security operations across Westchester, Orange, Dutchess and Sullivan County, NY. You will lead site teams, conduct inspections, and ensure safety and service excellence across multiple client sites.

The role requires 4+ years in security, a valid Security Guard License and Driver’s License, and the ability to travel between sites. Flexibility with hours is needed, with overnight shifts included.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of security experience, preferably supervisory/management.
• Valid Security Guard License and Driver’s License are required.
• Reliable car needed to travel between sites.
• Flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and overnights.
• Strong leadership, communication, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Willingness to travel across Westchester, Orange, Dutchess & Sullivan Counties, NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations across multiple sites and supervise officers.
• Perform site inspections to enforce protocols and post orders.
• Coordinate with branch management, clients, and stakeholders; provide updates.
• Provide training and evaluations to develop the team and maintain high standards.
• Respond to incidents, ensure coverage, and manage shifts as needed.
