Pay: $60,000 + 20% Monthly Bonus Opportunity + Incentives

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Description

The Field Sales Trainer for the Uplift Program serves as an on-site ambassador for one of the world’s premier airlines, championing a specialized internal program to increase employee engagement and adoption. The position requires frequent travel to airports across an assigned region to deliver impactful training, energize internal teams, support product sales efforts, and oversee all related follow-up, documentation, and reporting from a home office.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong selling ability, executive-level presence, and the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate excels at in-person presentations, confidently drives product adoption and sales outcomes, maintains accurate CRM records, and ensures accountability through disciplined follow-up and reporting.

Job Environment, Travel & Responsibilities
  • Approximately 30% travel to airports within an assigned region
  • Approximately 70% work from a home office
  • Travel may include early mornings, occasional evenings, and flexible scheduling to align with airport operations
  • Serve as the face of the Uplift Program, representing one of the world’s top airlines with professionalism and credibility
  • Visit airports within an assigned territory to promote program awareness and adoption
  • Train internal airline employees on program features, benefits, and best practices
  • Deliver engaging, polished presentations tailored to various internal audiences
  • Build strong relationships with frontline employees, managers, and local leadership
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, trainings, and outcomes using CRM and reporting tools
  • Execute consistent follow-up to reinforce training, answer questions, and support program success
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to leadership to help refine strategy and execution
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in sales, brand ambassadorship, training, or field-based roles
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • High level of charisma, confidence, and professionalism in face-to-face environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM systems and managing activity tracking and reporting
  • Comfortable working independently while staying highly organized and accountable
  • Ability to manage travel logistics and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
