Southwind, the owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchises, is hiring a Field Sales & Service Representative in North Smithfield, RI. Bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job as you engage customers, close on-site sales, and provide exceptional service.

Shifts run 8–10 hours with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour plus tips, profit share, and incentives. No prior junk removal experience required; training provided and uniform standards apply.

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service.
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates.
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses.
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided).
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs.
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.
