Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for its Water Restoration department in Marlborough, MA. This role focuses on identifying and closing water-damage repair opportunities with residential and commercial clients.

All leads are provided, and exceptional customer service is essential. The position offers unlimited earnings ($80k–$120k average annually) plus mileage reimbursement, a weekly base plus commission, and top benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration practices required; plumbing experience not needed.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other software programs.
• Outside sales experience with in-home services is strongly desired.
• Maintains IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certifications in Water Damage Restoration.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.

• Previous experience with outside sales of in‑home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
