Roto-Rooter is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Water Restoration to identify and close opportunities, leveraging provided leads and a pricing matrix. You will assess properties for moisture, quotes for repair/replacement, and support customers with trusted information in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, weekly base pay plus commission, and comprehensive benefits. Valid driver’s license and WRT/ASD certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Water Restoration knowledge required; plumbing experience is not required.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and similar software.
• Previous outside sales experience in home services is strongly desired.
• Maintains IICRC WRT and ASD certifications in Water Damage Restoration.
• Medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate water damage for residential and commercial markets.
• Perform property assessments to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying.
• Engage in proactive follow-up with existing customers to provide solutions.

Field Sales Representative - Water Restoration

Roto-Rooter is currently seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Water Restoration department. Ideal candidates will actively pursue sales opportunities and qualified leads provided by field service technicians and call centers. Responsibilities

Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities:

• The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market.
• The Sales Representative will perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.
• Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

Requirements

Water Restoration Sales Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while also being available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Plumbing experience is not necessary or required however, knowledge of Water Restoration and practices is required.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
• A Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel, etc. Other Roto-Rooter specific computer programs will also be used.
• Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
• Maintains IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification in Water Damage Restoration.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.
