Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Water Restoration in the Charlotte area. The role focuses on identifying and selling water damage mitigation services to residential and commercial clients with leads provided and no cold calls.

The position offers unlimited earnings with an average of $55,000-$75,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement, plus a weekly base pay and commission structure. Flexible schedules and top industry benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and pass background check.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Plumbing knowledge not required but Water Restoration knowledge is required.
• Proven outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water.
• Perform property assessments to determine moisture levels and need for demolition/drying.
• Follow up with existing customers to provide effective water-related solutions.
• Provide quotes using pricing matrix or insurance guidelines and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for customers.

Field Sales Representative - Water Restoration
Roto-Rooter is currently seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Water Restoration department. Ideal candidates will actively pursue sales opportunities and qualified leads provided by field service technicians and call centers. Responsibilities

Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities

• The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market.
• The Sales Representative will perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.
• Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

Requirements

Water Restoration Sales Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while also being available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Plumbing experience is not necessary or required however, knowledge of Water Restoration and practices is required.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
• A Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel, etc. Other Roto-Rooter specific computer programs will also be used.
• Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
• Maintains IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification in Water Damage Restoration.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.
