Job summary

U.S. LawShield is seeking charismatic part-time Field Sales Representatives to present to small groups at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities. You’ll educate attendees about membership benefits and guide them to enroll, typically within 20–30 minutes per session.

We offer flexible weekend/weekend-focused schedules with additional weekday events. The role rewards high performers with unlimited commissions and paths to full-time opportunities, plus training and license cost

We’re seeking charismatic, high-performing presenters who excel at reading a room and confidently guiding small groups to a decision in just 20–30 minutes. The schedule is flexible, centered primarily on weekends and gun shows, with weekday events consistently available. Consistent availability and reliability are essential — the more events you commit to, the greater your income and growth potential.

Compensation & Growth:

• Above-average earnings with unlimited commission— no cap on what you can earn. Consistent presenters typically make $2,000+ per month(and significantly more) with just 10–20 focused hours per week. Top performers build very lucrative part-time or full-time income.
• We cover the cost of your Property & Casualty licenseand provide complete training and materials.
• Top performers receive priority for full-time positions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively.
• Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
• Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
• Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Plus: Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.
