Job summary

U.S. LawShield is seeking charismatic part-time presenters to lead 20–30 minute sessions at gun ranges, stores, and events. You will engage audiences, answer questions, overcome objections, and guide prospects toward enrollment in our Legal Defense program.

The role emphasizes a strong passion for firearms, understanding of the 2nd Amendment, and the ability to perform with weekend and event-based schedules. Training and license support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and closing skills, with ability to guide small groups.
• Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
• Competitive drive and self-initiative with a winning mindset.
• Technical proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training is a plus.

We're seeking charismatic, high-performing presenters who excel at reading a room and confidently guiding small groups to a decision in just 20-30 minutes. The schedule is flexible, centered primarily on weekends and gun shows, with weekday events consistently available. Consistent availability and reliability are essential - the more events you commit to, the greater your income and growth potential.

Compensation & Growth:

Above-average earnings with unlimited commission - no cap on what you can earn. Consistent presenters typically make $2,000+ per month (and significantly more) with just 10-20 focused hours per week. Top performers build very lucrative part-time or full-time income. We cover the cost of your Property & Casualty license and provide complete training and materials. Top performers receive priority for full-time positions.
