Roto-Rooter in Sacramento is seeking a Field Sales Representative for our Excavation department. You will pursue pre-qualified leads from our field service technicians and call centers, and you will identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.

This outside sales role features unlimited earnings with an average of $80,000-$120,000 per year, weekly base pay plus commissions, and leads provided with no cold calling.

Qualifikationen

• Requires valid driver’s license and background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment; weekends and holidays may be required.
• Proficient with handheld devices; comfortable with Word, Excel and company systems.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Experience in outside sales is preferred; plumbing experience not required.
• Organized self-starter with outgoing personality.
• Outside sales in in-home services is a plus; all backgrounds evaluated.

Field Sales Representative - Excavation

Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department. We offer an opportunity for sales professionals to pursue pre-qualified leads from our field service technicians and call centers. Responsibilities

Excavation Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• The Sales Representative will conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.
• Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

Requirements

Excavation Sales Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be able to use handheld telecommunication devices and understand commercial software packages such as Word and Excel. You will also use Roto-Rooter computer systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Plumbing experience is not necessary or required.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Strong preference for candidates with outside sales experience in in-home services; however, all outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated.
