Catons Plumbing/Roto-Rooter Services Company is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department. This outside sales role offers unlimited earnings with an average of $65,000-$80,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement and a weekly base pay plus commission.

All leads are provided, no cold calls, and flexible work schedules are offered along with top industry benefits. The ideal candidate will identify and sell sewer line repair solutions and perform assessments, driving growth

Qualifications

• Strong outside sales experience is preferred and outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with company systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments to determine root interruption or breakage requiring repair or replacement.
• Follow up with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing solutions.
• Provide competitive quotes using pricing matrix/insurance guidelines and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for customers.

Field Sales Representative - Excavation

Catons Plumbing is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department. We offer an opportunity for sales professionals to pursue pre-qualified leads from our field service technicians and call centers. Responsibilities

Excavation Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• The Sales Representative will conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.
• Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

Requirements

Excavation Sales Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be able to use handheld telecommunication devices and understand commercial software packages such as Word and Excel. You will also use Roto-Rooter computer systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Plumbing experience is not necessary or required.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Strong preference for candidates with outside sales experience in in-home services; however, all outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated.
