The Pittsburgh Paint Company in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth through The Home Depot stores. This position involves cultivating relationships with customers and developing strategic business plans for assigned accounts.
Applicants should have at least a High School Diploma with 1 year of sales experience (Bachelor's preferred), a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. The anticipated salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, along with potential commissions.
As a Field Sales Representative at the Pittsburgh Paints Company (PPC) supporting The Home Depot, you will cultivate and execute sales plans and sell PPC products through several of the Home Depot stores. Primary end-use customers will include multi-family maintenance, facilities maintenance, residential repaint, hospitality and government.
You will be assigned Pro Managed Accounts within a territory and have responsibility for organic growth and new customer acquisition and development. You will work in the Richmond, Virginia Territory and report to the Regional Manager.
PPC Participates in a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program. With FAVR, you drive your own car and receive tax-free reimbursements that cover both fixed costs (like insurance) and variable costs (like gas), giving you more choice and equity in your vehicle.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation, including commissions and/or bonuses, subject to applicable plan terms.
