Ernest is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in the Seattle area. This hybrid role blends field activity, remote work, and office collaboration as you build a local client base and own accounts.

You’ll pursue new opportunities, close deals, and earn uncapped commissions plus bonuses and a car allowance. Residual income from portfolio growth is a core part of the upside, with potential earnings reaching very high levels for top performers.

This is outside sales with serious upside. You'll prospect, pitch, and open new accounts and then own and grow them. You'll keep earning residual income from every account you bring in. That's right, forever.

What You’ll Do
