AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes and on-site locations across Washington. You’ll start with paid training, perform hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to close deals, with base pay between $61,800 and $100,000 plus uncapped commissions.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $61,800 to $100,000 plus uncapped commission potential. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary progression is dependent on meeting and exceeding all sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Kick off with paid training to set up for success; then work independently in the field.

• Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.

• Connect daily with existing customers and provided scheduled appointments to engage warm prospects effectively.

• Use strong negotiation and communication skills, pivot smoothly, and stay highly motivated to get the sale.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license; must be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
