Job summary

Renuity, LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to build relationships with prospective and existing customers in a full-time W-2 outside sales role.

You will receive training pay, uncapped commissions, paid world-class training, and provided leads with 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily. The position offers total earning potential from $150k to $250k, with top performers earning above $350k.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus.
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
• Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas.
• Promote company products and services.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience.
• Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
