Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential direct sales representative to cover the Corpus Christi, TX market. You will engage residents in face-to-face, door-to-door conversations to assess service needs, present quotes, and sign up new customers for Astound’s internet offerings.

The role offers a $34,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures based on performance. Expect a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on in-field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience is beneficial
• Able to work outdoors and in field-based environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily
• Review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations
• Understand customer needs and articulate Astound solutions
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management
• Stay up to date with competitors in the market
• Build Astound brand awareness through marketing campaigns and field activities
• Distribute marketing materials and contribute to territory growth
