Job summary

Sterling Mapleford in Albuquerque is expanding our local sales team to support T-Mobile Fiber territory. You will work face-to-face with homeowners, manage your own outdoor-focused territory, and close sales following a proven field process.

This commission-only role offers strong earning potential with no hourly cap, plus hands-on training and local leadership support as you grow into training or leadership roles across New Mexico markets including Las Cruces.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face outside sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners in outdoor settings.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation to cover assigned neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Manage own territory and speak with homeowners about T-Mobile's fiber network.
• Close sales and follow a proven field process.
• Work face-to-face in assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Operate with a commission-based earning model and no hourly cap.
