Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive new business in a territory with in-person client engagements. You will build lasting relationships with business owners and managers, presenting tailored supplemental insurance solutions that create real value for clients.

As an independent contractor, you will operate with autonomy, backed by ongoing mentorship and rewards for top performance, including travel incentives and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Health & Life producer license required or willing to obtain (training provided)
• 5+ years post-high school experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
