Job summary

Swipe Pay is seeking a driven, self-motivated outside sales representative to join our growing field team in the local market. This is a 1099, commission-only role where you set your own schedule, work independently in the field, and build your own book of business with full company support.

You’ll prospect local businesses, present our payment solutions featuring the Dual Pricing Program, build trusted relationships, and manage your pipeline to close deals and hand off onboarding to our support

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive field sales approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit local businesses.
• Coachability and willingness to learn a payments/merchant services domain.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate own leads through cold-calling and door-knocking local businesses (typically 15–20 visits per day).
• Present Swipe Pay's payment solutions including the Dual Pricing Program.
• Build relationships with local business owners; work face-to-face in the community.
• Manage pipeline and follow-ups through the company CRM.
• Close deals and coordinate smooth onboarding with the support team.
