AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes throughout Orlando metro area. Earn between $60,300 and $100,000 with uncapped commission opportunities and a base salary that may vary by geography and experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive a company vehicle.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
• Connect with existing customers daily and engage with warm prospects effectively.
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets and upsell where appropriate.
