Job summary

Premier Roofing is a national storm restoration company that helps homeowners navigate the insurance claim and restoration process. You will work in the Kansas City area, meeting homeowners, inspecting damage, and guiding them through the insurance process to secure projects.

This 1099 field sales role rewards effort with an uncapped commission structure, supported by training, a flexible schedule during storm season, and ongoing skill development in roofing fundamentals and insurance processes.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to identify damage and introduce Premier's services
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and earn a second conversation
• Educate homeowners on options and support through insurance process
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with production through completion
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development
