Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Residential Level Sales Representative to drive door-to-door sales of fiber internet, TV, and phone services in local communities. You’ll be the face of the brand, meeting homeowners in person, and guiding customers to the best solutions.

The role offers a flexible schedule, a base salary with uncapped commissions, and opportunities to earn $100,000+ annually. Expect a 40-hour workweek with hours typically 9 AM–9 PM, Monday–Saturday, plus 20–25% of time spent on admin

Qualifications

• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible for a seller's permit and/or solicitors license as required by market.
• Please note: This position may require additional local background checks and permitting processes to obtain licenses to sell, as required by local municipalities and government.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers by door-to-door visits to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs and sell TDS services to achieve sales targets.
• Record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, and verifications to your supervisor following company guidelines.
• Manage customer relationships from initial sale through installation and post-installation follow-up.
• Create community buzz by organizing and participating in local events to increase brand awareness.
