Job summary

U.S. LawShield is seeking charismatic, high-performing presenters to guide small groups to decisions at weekends and gun shows. The role offers flexible scheduling, potential for growth, and uncapped commissions with 10-20 hours per week focus.

Compensation includes above-average earnings and paid training, plus a Property & Casualty license covered by the company. Top performers may transition to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and closing skills to guide groups to a decision.
• Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
• Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
• Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Plus: Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities.
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to a decision.
• Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate. Prepare. Protect.
• Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
