Job Description

The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Operations Lead for the Financial Services Industry. The candidate will be a key business stakeholder and partner for sales leadership, supporting the go-to-market strategy. The role involves working cross-functionally to help the organization successfully execute strategic priorities.

The responsibilities include supporting business activities such as Annual Planning, Forecasting, Operational Strategy, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and other reporting and metrics. The ideal candidate will possess strong business and financial acumen, technical skills, sales and marketing expertise, and comfort with data analysis. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive approach.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, and Partner teams, and must communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences and geographies.
