Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Execution Representative in Knoxville, TN. This role focuses on visiting grocery, health club, and convenience accounts to merchandise Celsius products and drive in-store presence.

You will plan floor displays, schedule demos, and ensure shelves reflect brand guidelines. Requires 1–2 years in retail/merchandising, HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail or merchandising.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives.
• Call on target accounts.
• Sell in PDQ’s, displays/end cap placements.
• Communicate sales leads to Celsius territory manager.
• Expand product distribution as approved by store manager.
• Stock and merchandize shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Place point of sale materials as approved.
• Participate in new store openings and store resets.
• Take photos and include them in weekly reports.
• Conduct demos upon request.
• Maintain an organized list of target accounts for planning.
• Make 15–20 account calls per day.
• Log weekly mileage and activities.
