Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company is a fast-growing beverage company in the United States, seeking a Field Sales professional to manage an assigned territory in the Pennsylvania region. You will build relationships with store managers, drive category growth, and execute consumer-facing events to boost brand awareness.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of field sales experience in CPG/beverage, a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales data tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 4–6 years of field sales experience in CPG/beverage or related environment.
  • Proven track record of territory management and retail execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sales reporting tools and syndicated data.

Responsibilities

  • Travel throughout assigned territory (up to 50-75% overnight) to visit existing and prospective customers and grow sales.
  • Build and sustain relationships with store managers and key decision makers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Serve as a category expert by leveraging product, company, and market knowledge to influence retailer decisions.
  • Drive sales by assisting customers with product rotation, ordering, delivery, and merchandising solutions.
  • Develop territory-specific business plans and communicate progress to regional leadership.
  • Execute consumer-facing events and sampling activations to grow brand awareness and drive trial.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout assigned territory (up to 50-75% overnight depending on market/weekly needs) to visit existing and prospective customers and grow sales across all channels. Build and sustain relationships with store managers and key decision makers to maximize sales opportunities and secure incremental shelf space, displays, and distribution. Serve as a category expert by leveraging detailed product, company, and market knowledge to influence retailer decisions and drive category authority. Drive sales by assisting customers with proper product rotation, ordering, delivery, and creative merchandising solutions. Develop territory-specific business plans and communicate progress and opportunities to regional leadership on a regular basis. Execute consumer-facing events and sampling activations to grow brand awareness and drive trial, including overnight and weekend execution as required. Review and analyze key sales and market reports weekly to identify specific opportunities and develop action plans for implementation. Partner with the Field Sales & Training Manager during the onboarding period to develop foundational territory and selling competencies. Inform and educate consumers and customers about Milo’s products and the Milo’s Difference to build brand loyalty and community-level engagement. Leverage emerging technologies to increase efficiency. Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities. This position has food safety responsibilities. Other responsibilities, as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required. 4-6 years of field sales experience in CPG, beverage, or a related consumer goods environment. Proven track record of territory management and retail execution. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sales reporting tools and syndicated data.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
