• Experience in outside sales or team leadership is required.
• Licensed for Health & Life insurance within 90 days, fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Run in-person appointments with business owners and employees.

• Support reps with product knowledge and systems.
• Lead daily or weekly team huddles to align goals.
• Track production and forecast activity, collaborating with leadership.
