Saela is seeking a Certified Inspector for a field-based role that blends hands-on pest control work with proactive sales. You will generate new business opportunities and drive revenue by presenting tailored pest control solutions to residential customers, while building lasting relationships in a fast-paced field environment.

This position emphasizes direct customer interaction, independent field work, and ongoing growth opportunities; Saela values internal advancement and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a field-based setting.
• Willingness to split time between sales and manual/field work.
• Previous experience in construction, HVAC, field service, or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers.
• Actively participate in hands-on tasks in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas.
• Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive new business by identifying potential customers and presenting pest control solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field.
• Provide exceptional customer service and advice as needed.
