Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Arlington, VA. This role involves driving sales within The Home Depot, exceeding customer service expectations, and building strong relationships. Candidates must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift heavy tools. The position offers a pay range of $24.04 to $25.96 per hour, vehicle allowance, and medical benefits. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle or reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, etc. Air travel will be required.
• Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead in addition to ascending/descending ladders to move product.
• Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed.
• Ability to work nights and weekends – weekends will be required at different points throughout the year.
• Ability to work in a retail environment full time and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Applicant should be self–motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• The applicant must be MS Office proficient.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets depending on business needs.
• Formal higher education preferred but not required—Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot, understanding customer needs to recommend TTI product solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising and optimal product placement.
• Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles and competitive landscape.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to be equipped with the knowledge to work independently.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team to enhance in-store execution.
• Effectively manage inventory levels and ensure prompt reporting of all tasks.
• Participate in merchandising resets to ensure timely placement of products while adhering to safety protocols.
