Job summary

Renuity, LLC is hiring a Field Sales Consultant for Vermont. You will meet homeowners, present solutions, and close sales on home improvement projects with products backed by industry leaders.

The role offers performance-based compensation with training paid at $700/week, uncapped commissions, and an accelerated payout in the first five months. Full-time with evenings and Saturdays possible.

Performance-Based Compensation

This is a Commission + Bonus role with potential earnings between $125,000 – $250,000 annually, and top performers earning $300,000+. Paid training at $700/week, plus uncapped commissions with an accelerated payout during your first 5 months — starting at 100% upfront in month one and moving to a standard 50/50 split by month six.
