Job summary

Renuity, LLC is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in a full-time W-2 role. You will build relationships with prospective and current customers, with training and world-class support. Average earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000 per year, with top performers earning $350K+.

Training starts 11/30. Statewide remodeling is part of Renuity, offering extensive leads, structured training, and comprehensive benefits as part of a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Positivity, flexibility and determination.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus.
• Own a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Learn our product lines, presentation, and negotiation techniques.
• Collaborate with leadership to hit milestones and quotas.
• Promote company products and services to customers.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience.
• Maintain a full schedule including evenings, Saturdays, and some Sundays.
