Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is hiring Field Sales Canvassers to work door to door, meeting homeowners and introducing Renewal by Andersen. You will learn to sell, chase goals, and turn effort into income in a social, competitive setting.

No degree or prior sales experience required; we provide paid training, coaching, and support from teammates who want you to win. E‑Verify compliance and team culture are highlighted.

You will spend much of your time in local neighborhoods, going door to door, meeting homeowners, and introducing them to Renewal by Andersen. It is active, social, and competitive work where you learn how to sell, handle rejection, chase goals, and turn effort into income. No degree? No formal sales or retail background? No experience required! We provide paid training, coaching, and support from teammates who want you to win. What matters here is simple: show up, stay coachable, sell with confidence, and produce. If you put in the work, the compensation and growth opportunities are there. This is not a commission only role. Most representatives earn $25-$35/hour through a combination of a $18 base pay and performance-based bonuses.
