Lancaster Bingo Company, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate in Allentown, PA to learn our business while supporting Sales Representatives by selling and delivering products and servicing customers.

You will help meet sales objectives, travel to cover routes, and develop strong customer relationships within a fun, casual work environment that rewards performance with a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ related work experience.
• Some post-high school education.
• Two years’ sales experience with proven success in achieving revenue and profit goals.
• Previous experience with PC, route sales systems, or mobile computing technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist and fill in for Sales Representatives by selling and delivering products.
• Service customers and ensure sales objectives are met.
• Cover multiple sales routes in the area and travel as needed.
• Maintain strong customer focus and communicate effectively with team.
