Responsibilities

• Promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians and hospital staff while delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.
• Follow product training to tailor messages, advise on product selection and answer questions about functionality.
• Assist in hospital surveys, post-sale implementation and training to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Support trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings; maintain OSHA-compliant practices during product evaluation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals and provide exceptional service.
