Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) on the Breast Surgery team to support quota achievement and drive territory growth for Women’s Health Breast Surgery and Localization products.

You will work with the Territory Manager to develop business plans, demonstrate products, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals while promoting the company’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/biomedical/business/marketing.
• 1–2 years of medical or B2B sales preferred.
• Proven negotiation skills; medical device or capital equipment sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Territory Managers in driving growth across the product portfolio.
• Develop and implement selling strategies to achieve quota and maximize market share.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and case coverage in clinical and office settings.
• Present the company’s value proposition to physicians, surgeons, radiologists, and hospital decision-makers.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and educate on product use and benefits.
• Track sales funnel activity and provide accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
