Job summary

FDRsafety, LLC is seeking a Field Safety Representative for a 6-month project with a large construction client near Lancaster, PA. The role requires working M-F, 40-50 hours per week on a day shift, with per diem available for non-local candidates.

You will develop, execute, and enforce Health and Safety Policies across project job sites, evaluating practices, conducting investigations, and recommending preventive measures to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health and safety, risk management, occupational safety or construction is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ Years of commercial construction experience within a lead safety role preferred.
  • CHST and OSHA 510 Certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and update safety practices and procedures in adherence to changing legal and OSHA requirements.
  • Conduct special studies and investigations related to health and safety matters for the company.
  • Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures.

FDRsafety is seeking a Field Safety Representative for a 6-month project with a large construction client near Lancaster, PA. This individual will be expected to work on a M-F, 40-50 hours/week, day shift schedule for the duration of the project. This role will be responsible for the development, execution, and enforcement of Health and Safety Policies and Programs on all project job sites. Per diem is available for non-local candidates.
