Job summary

FDRsafety is seeking a Field Safety Representative for an 8-month project near Macon, GA. The role requires a Monday–Friday, 50 hours/week day shift schedule and involves development, execution, and enforcement of health and safety policies on all project sites.

Per diem is available for non-local candidates. Strong preference for a Bachelor's degree in health and safety and CHST/OSHA 510 certifications, with 7+ years of commercial construction experience in a lead safety role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and safety, risk management, occupational safety or construction strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of commercial construction experience in a lead safety role preferred.
• CHST and OSHA 510 certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and enforce health and safety policies and programs on all project job sites.
• Evaluate and update safety practices and procedures per changing legal and OSHA requirements.
• Conduct safety studies and investigations; recommend solutions to issues and prevention measures.
